463 crews have now been accepted in BROE. Crews that still have the status “Submitted” are on the waitlists. There are 4 separate waitlists – for Open Senior, Women’s Senior, Open School/Junior, and Women’s School Junior (keep scrolling down this page).
Crews will be accepted from the waitlists up to the official close of entries at noon on Friday, 8 November 2024, as withdrawals in each category are received. After that, no further crews can be accepted and entry fees for all crews that have not been accepted will be refunded.
Crews on the waitlists can be withdrawn at any time before that too, in which case their entry fees will be refunded promptly.
Based on last year, we do not expect more than 1 or 2 withdrawals in either school/junior category. The senior categories will probably get around 10 withdrawals each. Once again, we’re terribly sorry that we can’t accommodate all 695 entries as there is only space on land as well as in marshalling for the number of crews accepted (and even that’s an incredibly tight squeeze).
